We distinguish confirmed benefits from arrangements subject to availability on arrival. Upgrades, early check-in, late checkout and connecting rooms are not guaranteed without hotel confirmation.

Once booked, we help communicate room preferences, arrival times and celebrations. Transfers and a wider itinerary can also be discussed; the scope of assistance follows your confirmed arrangements.
