How we work with hotel teams.
Booking accuracy
Names, room relationships, children’s ages, bedding, arrival sequence, transfers, privileges and restrictions are checked before confirmation.
Pre-arrival coordination
For complex stays, we consolidate guest preferences, transport, celebrations, dietary needs and the communication path before arrival.
Client discretion
We do not use client names, photographs, stay records or identifiable itineraries for public promotion.

Letu holds the designation of 1st Grand Designer of Serandipians by Traveller Made and works through selected advisor programs, including Marriott STARS & Luminous, Mandarin Oriental Fan Club and VITA by The Leading Hotels of the World.
